For eligible third-party (not-at-fault) clients, no! You will experience no upfront costs, meaning you won’t be out of pocket at all by using our service, as we aim to actually increase the value of your car insurance claim, and our fee is only taken as a small percentage from the successful claim.

We cover standard motor vehicles involved in not-at-fault collisions (more than one vehicle). We liaise with accredited insurance assessors for fair, quality assessments. Repairs are handled on behalf of your insurer or the at-fault party’s insurer in the recovery process.

Simply submit a claim form on our website or contact us directly. We’ll then determine your eligibility, contact the insurer, organise a replacement vehicle (if applicable), and coordinate the assessment and repair of your vehicle.

Our service is primarily aimed at drivers who were not at fault. If the fault is disputed or you were partially at fault, please contact us to discuss how best we can service you. The outcome may depend on the specifics of the incident, insurer liability, and third-party recovery prospects.
