You have the at fault driver's contact details and their insurer's name
You have no insurance, or you do, either way we can still help

We are unable to provide a replacement vehicle in these situations:
Hit and run cases
You do not have details of the other driver in the accident
Either driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol
A wild animal was involved, such as a kangaroo
No other vehicle was involved, such as a single vehicle collision
Personal injury claims
The at fault driver does not have insurance
Transport Accident Commission (TAC) claims
